Lengthy wait was explained by backed up appointments somebody forgot their mask and had to go back to the car for it. I’m not sure why they didn’t just skip ahead to the next appointment while that person was retrieving their mask.

Appointment was on time and efficient. Only comment would be regarding mask wearing by the front desk staff. They are required and the nose should be covered.

The Dermatologists have excellent skills and delightful personalities. The office staff is friendly and efficient. The waiting room/exam room time is none to very minimal. I’m always pleased with the results.
