Dr.joyce is just amazing. I had worked with another doctor for over a year with no results. I found dr.joyce through a family referral. From day one she had ideas on how to treat me. I'm about 90% cleared up. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her.

I usually see Dr. Gonzalez who is awesome and I highly recommend. I was given an appointment with Dr. Cheng instead, and wasn’t impressed. It felt like the minute she came in, she had already decided which creams and medication‘s to try to sell me. I explained my concerns about certain creams that would not work for my schedule, and instead of offering solutions, she just kept promoting the same products. I didn’t feel heard or understood as a patient by her. It felt much more like she was trying to sell me the products they sold, then trying to help me at all. This was a much different experience than I usually have with my regular doctor. In the past, I’ve seen Dr. Gonzalez and had wonderful results. This time was not the case. Instead of offering me something similar to what I’ve been taking, she gave me five different things to use, Made me feel extremely overwhelmed, And didn’t seem to be too personally concerned. Would not recommend Dr. Cheng. Overall, the practice has some really great doctors, but in this particular case, I did not feel like I was cared for or heard as a patient.

Dr Gonzales is a first rate Dermatologist. He is extremely professional and always gives you his full attention. His entire staff is friendly and always runs on schedule. I feel very confident in highly recommending him!
