I’ve been coming to Dr. Gonzales for years and he’s seriously the best. I just had a hair cut Friday and my hair stylist pointed out I had some bald spots and I had NO idea. I was so worried. I was able to get an appointment soon. Luckily I do not have alopecia, but Dr.G did send me to get some lab work done to see what the cause of my hair loss is. He’s always very patient, kind and caring.

And Dr. Gonzales and the entire team are experts and I felt very comfortable and relaxed during the entire procedure. I’m delighted to report that I had no pain whatsoever following the procedure. Clearly communicating what to expect and how to treat Once at home was also helpful.

Everyone was very nice, helpful, and professional. However, I was not given prior instructions on accessing the portal and I wasn't able to log into the portal and view my visit summary and had to call the office to get assistance. Also, on my Plan of Treatment on the portal, it states that "It was explained to the patient in great detail that the risks of using topical steroids include atrophy, striae, telangiectasias, addisonian crisis, hyperglycemia, and hypertension." That is not the case. That was not explained to me.
